Priority Shipping

Customers who require faster or prioritized handling may select the priority shipping option, where available. Priority shipping is subject to an additional fee, which will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before the order is processed.

Selecting priority shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a delivery date is expressly confirmed by us.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.

If a delivery is delayed, customers should contact us with their order number so that we can investigate the status with the courier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address and shipping method may not be changed. Any cancellation or change request must be made before dispatch and is subject to our approval.
